Export an Outlook list into Word

The dept. head wants to know who is in certain groups. The problem is that
many of these groups contain subgroups that contain subgroups before you are
can even see the members.

Other than populating the list in Outlook (putting the group in the "To"
field and clicking on the plus sign) then cutting and pasting into a
document and then formatting in some legible format would anyone have any
idea how to do this?

I don't use groups in Outlook, but use custom categories to tie groups of
addresses together'. Merging (or viewing) is then simple based on
