I want to be able to export an acces database to another computer & add new
records. The only thing that seemed to come over was the design view of the
form.
 
I want to be able to export an acces database to another computer & add new
records. The only thing that seemed to come over was the design view of the
form.

If it's a "split" database - with the forms, reports, queries and code in a
frontend, and the tables in a backend - you'll need to make arrangements to
copy the backend as well. What is the structure of your database? Is it split,
or a single database? Where is the data stored? How did you "export" it?
