export a table design

I'm creating an mdb for each state. I would like to export the table design
(but not the data) to another MDB so I don't have to re enter all the table,
fields, etc. I there an easy way to do this?

File... Get External Data... Import. There's a checkbox to let you
choose between Design Mode Only and importing the data.

I'm really queasy about a separate .mdb file for every state, but
that's another topic!
