export a contact list to a PDF file and email

Have my contact list sorted and want to export it exactly as is to a PDF file
and then email it and also print a copy of the PDF file. Help anyone?
 
A table view? Copy and paste.

Otherwise, screen print.

Can I ask what you are trying to achieve with this? Because there may be
better ways to do it....
