Spyware has been running a couple of days with out a hitch
until this AM. If you right click on My Computer and
select explore the window takes 3min + to paint, I do not
have network or mapped drives on this system.
I suspect a virus but Spyware does not detect.
Anyone seen this one?

Reboot in safe mode and run a deep scan
Run antivirus (with current definitions) while you are in safe mode.
