I have a problem that sometimes one or few explorers that
will disappear all by themselves (linked). Anyone has
idea?

Check in Event Viewer for errors that occur about the same time as the
missing Explorer windows. If you have "grouping" turned on in the taskbar,
you have two choices: close windows individually or close group. Is it
possible that your aim is to close one window but the entire group is
closing instead?

Also, you may want to restate your question. It isn't very clear to me what
it is. For example, which Explorer? Windows or Internet? A more complete
description of the problem could be helpful. For example, what are the
steps you perform right before the windows disappear?
