To test with: Disable the tool bands and Browser Helper Objects features:
1. Close all instances of Internet Explorer
2. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
3. Double-click Internet Options.
4. Click the Advanced tab.
5. Under Browsing, click to clear the Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) check box.
6. Restart Internet Explorer.
If this solves the problem, then the problem is caused by a malware BHO attached with explorer. Spot the BHO using BHODemon and delete it.

Then, download Ad-Aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com, scan the system
1. Start Ad-Aware.
2. In the main screen, Click [Check for Updates] [Connect] and download the latest pattern file if available. and click Finish
3. Click Star | Next (System will now detect the spyware)
4. After the scan is finished, click "Next"
5. Select all the items (checkboxes)
NOTE: Right click on any object in the "Scan result" list and choose [Select all objects]"
6. Click Next and click OK to confirm spyware removal.

In my normal boot, my Explorer doen'st open. I can't open
Internet explorer, My Computer or Windows Explorer. In
safe boot though, I everything works fine. It seems like
something is loading in Normal Startup that explorer
doesn't like. How can I find out what?
