Explorer window loses focus on hitting enter

Explorer window loses focus on hitting enter. I observed
in the task manager that whenever I press enter in the
browser a new IEXPLORER.exe is started. Killing any one of
these doesnt close the explorer windows or other such
started task running under the same name.
PLease help me remove this. Its really irritating.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite)

Download, install, *update* and run these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/

IexploreR.exe (note the R at the end) it's a parasite.
