Explorer toolbar views

I have 3 computers running XP home. On one of them I can not seem to get the
system to rememver my toolbar view settings. I wan't the address bar always
displayed by when I get it the way I want and close the window the next time
I open an explorer window the address bar is not displayed. Any suggestions?

Right click the toolbar and deselect Lock Toolbars.
