explorer text enlarged

the text on many web pages has suddenly become enlarged
and everything on the page is thrown off, or crowded off,
or overlaps now as a result. what happened and is this
fixable?

Hi Frank,

Try View, Text Size, Medium. You might have scrolled with the mouse wheel
while Ctrl was pressed.
