Explorer startup folder

I would like to change the default view for Explorer statup from the C drive to "My documents"
I have had this setting before, but can't recall how I acheived it, any ideas

Right click the shortcut | Properties | replace what's there with:
C:\Documents and Settings\Your name here\My Documents

I think he's talking about the Winkey and E combination. By default, the Windows Explorer shortcut goes to My Documents.

Oh. Well, if that's the case, there isn't much to be done. That would be; explorer.exe /e,
In any case these should come in handy to some one.
