Whenever I click on something that would normally open up
an additional instance of IE, a new window opens but the
existing window closes. I have looked in the knowledge
base for solutions to this problem with no luck. Really
becoming a problem though so I would really like to
figure it out. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
 
From a previous post. If applicable.Every time I click on a link that opens to a new window, Internet Explorer
browser closes. Or if a pop-up appears, the browser closes. Help?

I fixed the problem! I found the solution to my problem.

Start->Control Panel->Regional & Language Options-
Languages Tab->Details->Select Speech Recognition->Press
Click to expand...
Remove->Press OK

Weird but it worked!
