Explorer problem

When I close explorer I get the following message:

The instruction at "0x77279ab0" referenced memory at "0x06efdfbc". The
memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.

It does not cause any problems, it just annoys me every time it comes up.

If anyone knows what might be causing it could you please help me out. Thanks.

You may be infested with malware.
