Explorer Problem

When I connect to IE and go to a web site, on the blue
upper browser bar, I get a EGhost_Reg_Fail. I have a
problem with any site I try especially Yahoo Mail. It
won't let me log in on the 1st try, it takes up to three
tries sometimes, then it may not let me log in. I would
like to know how to get rid of this problem, appreciate
all the help THanx

P.S. The EGhost_Reg_Fail always appears, even on this
