explorer problem

on starting explorer i get a close down error it is ineb.dll is not enabled
and needs to close it then closes i can then restart prog straight away and
no problems then on any ideas please
 
ineb.dll spyware/parasite.

It would appear that you have a parasite/malware/spyware on your computer
you should download Microsoft's anti spyware program and lavasofts ad
aware, here are the links. they are free and very good.

When you have completed your downloading/installing make sure you get the
most up to date definitions, then run full scans.

From a search on Google, ineb.dll appears to be part of a spyware package.
You may have uninstalled it or your anti-spyware program removed some but
not all.
