Explorer Pop-Up Window

I get this window that pops-up all the time. it has at
the top a blue bar and on that bar it says ie. "Reminder
Tuesday, August 12, 2003 5:30:01 PM" under it (a white
page) that says "this page cannot be displayed" blah,
blah. how do i get rid of it? oh yea, at the bottom of
the white page it says "cannot find server or DNS error
Internet Explorer"

I have the same problem. Please advise if you find answer.
 
I'm having this problem as well and I'm stumped. I disabled
third-party extensions in the browser, I've run Adaware, Spybot and
Norton Anti-Virus scans which now all report a clean system. But this
damn window keeps popping up, and there is no button to close it.
