Explorer Page Setup Margin Problem

When I change the Margin sizes in Internet Explorer, File, Page Setup,
margins, left, right etc areas and close the window, it forgets them, when I
re-open the window it always shows all 4 as 0. This problem is also
applicable in Outlook Express.
I have had this problem for quite a while and any help in solving would be
very much appreciated.

Hi Amit

All four margin_XXX values are set at 0.11667 and can be changed, but these
do not alter the margins, i.e. they are still 0. HELP !!

Are you sure you are then clicking OK? instead of the cancel button or
closing the window with the X button?
