EXPLORER IMAGES TOO BIG

I'm going to give up on explorer unless I can get this
problem solved. Why is my Internet Explorer displaying
text and images larger than any other tool that I use?
I'm designing using Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
Everything displays about 25% larger in Explorer and
looks awful -- out of focus and the pixels are obvious.
This is not the case with Opera or Netscape so I know it
is something in Explorer.

Hi,
This is a common complaint with fairly new Dell notebooks. Other
makes/models are probably affected as well.
