i downloaded AD-ware 6 1.7mb from www.lavasoftusa.com
and hosts.zip from http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm.
the first one, i have not istalled yet... is it
recommended?
how does it stop?

Yes.
Once you install it run the update before running it.
