Explorer freezes or hangs on startup

Hi everybody!
Here's my problem: My taskbar stops responding every tiemwidows XP Home
Edition SP3 startup, it freezes or hangs. only ctrl+alt+del works. I
formatted my system twic. Checking forprocesses in Task Manager but nothing
that spikes during the activity. I tried to end the explorer process and
nothing, but if i start a new process of explorer the windows work ok.

I have a Intel core 2duo 3.00Ghz / 2Gb ram

Help please.

You won't get much in the way of help until you find a topical group for
your question.

You need to find an XP group. Here's how...
As you appear to be using a web interface, start here to find an appropriate
group:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx

Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Windows. In Windows,
open the category Windows XP, then find a group there to
post in.
