Explorer Folder/File Properties

When I try to view folder properties in folders displayed
in Windows Explorer nothing happens. File properties
however show fine.
Had this problem before, it disappeared and now is back
again with nothing but a restart in between.
Does anyone out there recognise this? And has a solution?

Found a solution which seems to work. Even after restart.
