I am adding some info to my previous post. I have noticed
that when I first open IE the error messages come one
right after the other after IE has been open for awhile
the occurences seem to slow down quite a bit. I don't know
if that is important, but it is an observation.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
