Just reinstalled Windows XP Home and Explorer.exe is
producing high amounts network traffic. I close it out
and that network goes away. Everything seens to work fine
with Explorer closed out, I just can't start apps very
easy without Explorer.
Why is explore doing this in first place and how can I
stop it and use explorer?
