explorer.exe

i recently had a trojan that ran an additional copy of
explorer.exe to carry out its devious tasks. i removed it
and have wiped my machine since then. i now notice that i
have 2 copies of explorer.exe, one under winnt (normal),
and one under winnt/servicepackfiles/i386/.
is this normal?
