explorer.exe related problem.

I have Windows 2000 with SP3 and each time I shut down my
computer I get this window with the title "explorer.exe"
and a message saying it is beeing debuged...Which it never
seems to be debugged because I have to select the cancel
button if I want the PC to shut down...Can anyone help?
