explorer.exe error 1000 in wininet.dll

everytime i turn on my computer a message from Windows XP
appears. Applicatio error id 1000. Explorer.exe error.
Sometimes this window is difficult to remove. Xp askks to
send it to Windows ;I did this many times. There is no
virus and no spyware. I checked. What can I do?
