Explorer.exe crashes ALL the time!

Whenever I try to access ANYTHING using explorer.exe, it
crashes. Whenever it runs long enough to show me folders,
if I so much as double-click or click on properties
(especially bad on properties) it crashes for sure! I'm
not talking about Internet Explorer, I'm talking about the
Explorer that you use when you click on My Computer. This
is really annoying as you can imagine since at times I'll
need to view files. Whenever it crashes, the Start button
and adjoining bar disappears before reappearing. Please
help me asap as I really need to do stuff on my pc. Thank
you all for any replies ahead of time.

You need to goto this URL

Scroll down the page until you see the file called
Duser.dll, you can download it where ever you want, on
your drive C:\ or where ever, than click and install the
file Duser.dll, reboot your machine and you should be
fine.
