First time booting Windows Vista Business.. just installed and it does a scan
disk.. when logging in for the first time with my new username and password
it says:

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click OK to
terminate the program."
Before that it said unable to find BROWSEUI.DLL ... so I downloaded it and
copied it to system32 with the command prompt.

Does anyone know how to fix?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, I know how.

Go to apple.com and order a Mac... Why you even see this type of error
code in 2007 is all Microsoft's fault. Mac users are 10 years ahead you
since those errors are long gone on a MODERN computer... so do yourself
a favor and ditch anything that is made by Microsoft, and you'll be much
more productive in the business world.

You can learn more here:

Are you lost? This is a Microsoft website full of Microsoft enthusiasts.
Please move along.

not sure what you mean?

I'm actually SOLVING the problem, while many of you just seem to be
offering "bandaids" on the errors of Vista.

I'm trying to help, and have had much more success than anyone posting.

Get a Mac is the correct answer to 90% of these issues, I will continue
to offer the very best in technical support until everyone is switched
over a Unix machine, instead of a "amateur OS" like Windows.

Thanks!
