Explorer error message:Memory cannot be read.

Hello,
recently I have been getting the following (or similar ones) quite
frequently when exiting Windows Explorer could you tell me why?.
The intruction at" 0x1a41b789" uses the memory address "0x635c7db4" the
memory cannot be read click on OK to terminate the program.
This may not be the exact words used since I am using the French version
however it's pretty accurate, I thank you very much in advance for your help.

First eliminate any spyware.
