explorer error in kernel32

When i open my IE it opens my HomePage fine but when i go
to microsoft.com and some other sites i get an error
"iexplore has caused an error in kernel32.dll iexplore
will now close" im at a lost can anyone help i have tried
to reinstall and i still get the same message...
