Explorer displays main page of web sites but not some menue pages

Have Zone Alarm & Norton anti virus & have disconected both to no avail. Have went into Explorer and lowered sucurity settings to no avail. Can't figure out why it isn't working and not knowledegable enough to think of what else to do

Can't pull up some web pages in microsoft designed to help me figure out problems. Don't see a common thread in the pages that I can't access

Need help.
