explorer crashes bug

any one know how to fix this bug.i've seen it is a talked
about bug with no answers yet on how to fix. windows
explorer in administrator account when accessing main
folders will at times crash, and sometimes will wink the
main folders once and not crash. been going on for bout a
month or so.details are. explorer.exe
app ver 6.0.2800.1221 mod name ntdll.dll
mod ver 5.1.2600.1217 offset 00007ec4
and i got this written down for some reason too
xpsp2.030429-2131

The most common cause for an error like this would be a malfunctioning
shell extension.

I would make sure you are running the latest windows updates and service
pack. Update anything you have that injects into the shell (for example,
winzip, virus scanners, etc).

Sometimes these can be tricky to track down. This would be a good candidate
for calling Microsoft for help.
