Explorer crash on certain websites

I have been experiencing a problem very consistently on
only a few websites. One is the Avis rent-a-car site.

When I fill out rental information and click the link to
the next page the browser crashes with the following
message:

Windows - Application Error

The instruction at "0x01224521" referenced memory
at "0x00257000". The memory could not be "written".

Click OK to terminate the program.

I almost thought it was a hardware issue until I tried
the website with another browser (Mozilla) and it worked
perfectly.

I couldn't find any information in the knowledge base on
this error, has anyone else encountered this and should I
submit a report to MS about it?
