EXPLORER - CONTENT ADVISOR: CANNOT ENABLE

Guest

The content advisor ability to "ENABLE" and fis "SETTINGS" cannot be done. Both are grayed out on my machine.

Please tell me how I can "enable" and set my content advisor.
Thanks

Start > Run > regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersio
n\Policies\Ratings
This key will show up two values on the right hand panel
of regedit
Right click on the Key and delete it. Now make sure the
Ratings folder on the left is highlighted and delete it as
well.

Close Regedit and click on the Start Menu and select
Find/Files or Folders.

In the Named box type in Ratings.pol as shown, make sure
(C:) is in the Look in box and click on Find Now

The file will(if it's there) be in c:\windows\system\folder
Highlight the file and delete it

Now restart the computer. When you go to access the
Content Advisor you may get an error saying that someone
may have tampered with the content advisor. Ignore this
message & go to the Security tab (Internet properties) &
set whatever password you like or leave it blank.
