When using my desktop computer that runs Windows Me
everytime I to into any MSN Group my computer crashes with
the following error

"Explorer has caused an error in <unknown> Explorer will
now close. If you continue to experience problems, try
restarting your computer"

I close and go back to the site and it does it again

When I am on my laptop, running Windows XP, I experience
no problems accessing msn Groups

Any suggestions

Help me, too!! I get the same error message when trying
to run Explorer in Win Me. It won't load at all. Help me
before my wife cuts off my head; she wants her internet
access, and she wants it NOW!!

Tim

Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.
