Let's delete the following directories: Cookies, History, Temporary
Internet Files and the recycle bin. This will the
clear the possible corruption encountered by "user.exe".
Also, we can try running this batch file.
Since IE is now so integrated into the browser there is a specific DLL that
has not been correctly
registered in either Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer.
This is how we fix this.
