Explorer - Being redirected ARGHHHH

Any advice please,

I'm sick of Internet explorer being redirected all the time.

Links that I know are still working, but get redirected, often to a page
entitled "123 Search" (a sleazy search engine).

This and the Spam Mountain each week make me wonder who's running this PC.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

A quick online check for adware, spyware, hijackers and other nasties:

Also there are links on the page leading to doxdesk.com, a site well-known
