Explorer 6 Error

When opening up an Internet Explorer window on an XP PC, I
receive the following error and IE closes. I cannot get
into Internet Explorer at all. HELP!

I am also getting this message. I have downloaded the
upgrade to 6.1 and now I am getting other error messages,
IE crashes all of the time or just hangs up.

What is this and what can be done about it??
