Explorer 6.0 address bar disappeared

My address bar has disappeared from sight. I cannot enter
a url.

I have tried right clicking and checking the address bar
option but it appears to make no difference whether it is
checked or not. What other things can I try short of
reinstalling Explorer 6.0? I am running on Windows ME.
