When I RIGHT click on start and click on EXPLORE, the
window opens up to the Documents and Settings folder and
everything in that folder shows up. I never need to go
to that folder. I want to be able to open it and just
see the folders in the c: drive. This is very annoying.
I would like to know how to customize it so it opens
where I want it to open. Please do not confuse this with
LEFT clicking on the start menu, going to accessories and
clicking on Windows EXPLORER. I know how to customize
that to open up where I want it to. If anyone knows how
to do this, please let me know. Thank You.

I had worked on that one for awhile. Will add it back to my todo list. In
the meantime, I do have a few scripts that can any folder or link to the
right click of the Start Button:

Forget the Start button for this task.
Create a shortcut to Windows Explorer and set the Target as
"%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e, C:\"
