When I right click the start Orb and select Explore it opens to
C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs.
How can I make it just come up in C:\?

Hi, Bob.

When the Explorer window opens, right-click on Drive C: (under Computer) and
hold the button while you drag the icon into your Quick Launch toolbar. The
little Tool Tip should say something like "Create shortcut here". Then, no
matter what you are doing, you can click on that icon to start Explorer in
C:\.

There are other ways to do what you want, but this is my favorite. ;<)
