Explore has incountered an error

My explorer says it has incountered an error no message but wants me to send
report. I send the report and never here back. How do I check on the error of
what is causing this problem. I just turned on my scanner since I got this
computer could it be conflicting with something on my computer?

Hello Liz,

You can go to the System Event log:

Start, Run, and type -> eventvwr.msc <enter>

Click on the System event log

Look for yellow or red entries that give the precise path and location of
what was detected, use the right botom and hit properties.
