How to eliminate Exploit.IFrame.FileDownload from
Outlook.pct file?
Thanks in advance

Don't know what is a .pct file. Maybe you meant a .pst file. To fix
the bug, get a fixed copy of IE. This was fixed 2 years ago.

According to F-Secure.com at http://tinyurl.com/jilb who references
Microsoft's security article http://tinyurl.com/1b75, this was a problem
back in IE 5.0 & 5.5 - provided you never bothered to get the fix at
http://tinyurl.com/jilq or perform a Windows Updates that would've
included the update. That is a 2-year old problem noted in
http://tinyurl.com/ogj. Also see Symantec's article at
http://tinyurl.com/3rrd.

Update to IE6 and/or run Windows Update. While the IE security zones
have a setting for file downloads, you only have 2 choices: Enable or
Disable (it would be nice if they provided a Prompt selection). Enable
is the default in all zones except the Restricted Sites zone where it is
disabled (for IE6). Outlook defaults to using the Restricted Sites zone
for e-mail, unless you changed which zone it uses or you have customized
the selected zone to allow file downloads. I believe a popup dialog
appears for the file download to ask you where to save it. Just click
Cancel to abort the attempted file download.
