Expert Mode in SP1 does not work

Did anyone encounter this problem, when "Expert mode" did not work in
Target Designer SP1?
I''ve reinstalled this thing many times trying to get it to work, but
still cannot see any registry settings or files. No difference between
"Basic" and "Expert mode" whatsoever. I have to use SP1, since we
support many filed units. Cannot upgrade to SP2 at this moment.

Hi Alex

Have you tried to check under the menu "View"
in Target Designer the "Resources" tab?

since I did not have to change taht setting in years.
