Expanding existing w2k NTFS primary partition

Is there away to expand an existing win2k primary NTFS
without loosing data? I know that "Volume Manager" from
PowerQuest will handle this but was wondering if there is
a cheaper alternative? Seems like Disk Manager should be
able to perform this function.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If it isn't your system or boot partition, use Diskpart.exe, see this MS
