expanding colums for certian rows only

Rookie here. My question is this, how do I expand a colum for certian rows
without disturbing the colum for the other rows?

Example: I need to expand colums A & B, rows 15-20 without disturbing rows
1-14.

Please help.

You can't! The width of a column or the height of a row con not be changed
midway. You can however merge some of the cells to give the appearence of
wider columns, but I would not advise this unless you are confident that you
will never want to sort, filter, copy and paste, and a lot of other things.
Merged cells can be a big problem to deal with later.
