Expanding a clip

Hi,

I am trying to expand a clip from 10 to 20 seconds by dragging the
right handle of the clip to the right but the handle does not move. Is
the a way to push the all clips forwards to make room for expansion of
an additional 10 seconds?

Maybe you could just add another copy
of the clip? Or you might try adding some
pictures?
