Expand Image Button

Guest

When I load certain weather map images, upon completion of download the image shrinks to about 50% full size. Hitting the expand window button works but is an annoying middle step.
Is there a way to turn off this feature so the window/image remains at full size?
 
Tools/Internet Options
Select Advanced tab
Scroll down to Multimedia section
Uncheck "Enable Automatic Image Resizing"
