Exhange Server - Problem with Storage

1) We have limited Space on server now and all of the users were
configured to use server Mailbox- Storage, since we were in a
critical stage thus we started all the clients to use Personel
Folders to minimize the storage on server.

But still users have the option to move their emails from Personel
Folder to their Exchange MailBox
is there a way to restrict them to user personel folder OR read
permission on Exchange Mailbox

2) Can we change the location of Mail Store from C to any other drive

I also suggest you stop using google groups to post - use a newsreader
client (Forte Agent, Thunderbird, Outlook Express, etc) and use
msnews.microsoft.com for your NNTP account. You can subscribe to as many
groups as you like.
