Execute Form Upon Opening Database?

Does anyone know how to execute (open) a form as soon as you open up the
database? I'm using verion 2002 and I think an earlier version used to allow
you to name a form 'Autoexec' and it would automatically execute it but it
doesn't seem to be working for me in this version. Would appreciate some
advice..
